Nonhlanhla has 19 years’ experience in the Skills Development industry spanning primarily in Quality Assurance, SETA Accreditation, as well as aligning Skills Development Strategies. Nonhlanhla has gained this experience at Services SETA where she spent 5 years as the ETQA: Accreditation Manager. And in the last 13 years has gained massive consulting experience as an Independent Business Consultant.
Her profile of clients includes Netcare, Oracle, University of Cape Town, North-West University, QCTO, Macsteel, New GX Advisory Service, Eskom, to name a few. She is currently in the employ of Impactful Specialist Solutions as the Business Unit Manager driving upskilling and reskilling of professionals and unemployed youth.
